Tickets upwards of 80 dollars

Yea no thanks I’ll give the media team a holler

Field pass? Press box? What do ya need?

Anything works I’m not here to plead

Checked with UCLA says you haven’t covered a game

Wanted to save our resources for the rivalry inked in the hall of fame

Check in at Gate 14 and you’ll get your pass

Sure, sounds good to me I’ll see you on the grass

Botta bing botta boom we are locked and loaded

Let’s get out to the coliseum where I’m bound to get bloated

Sauce on down with an Uber driver telling me all about the honeys

Mert is that you? Funny how these things work when all I did was spend some money

Dropped and plopped onto frat row where the people and police are running the street

Waves of similarity and bodies moshed in sig chi pounding heads to the beat

Oh hey hello ohhhh beautiful to see you

One familiar face can change the entire way you feel in a place that is new

Off to the Kesem space filled with Vroom Vroom, Questlove, and brew strapped Phil

Keep on movin and groovin the atmosphere itself is an absolute thrill

Freshness in the flesh my eyes tell my brain

Oh hellooooo there what gets you up in the morning what is your name

Off to the game, fans lining the path to the home of the dream

Why pick sides, SC, UCLA, whoever, go team!

My cornbread people picnic like lovely doves perched in a field of glistening flowers

It’s Scott’s birthday, let’s celebrate, talk, slow down, just enjoy these beautiful hours

Beers are being tossed and shared as the culture cannot be replicated for anything other

It’s football baby, have a dog, some chips, a drink, oh and have you met my mother?

Into the stadium I waltz with a bit of buzzin body and mind

This game could be rough if we get too far behind

Bruins trailing most of the game and then it got a bit out of hand

SC’s Slovis throwing for over 500 yards, now that’s a lot of land

The marching bands now that’s where the real entertainment starts

Not only do you watch with open eyes and ears, but with open hearts

There are no ads or whistles to stop in these beautiful waves of musical flow across the field

Focus and listen, demanded of you, distraction not present, as the sounds take down your shield

Felt the comeback cookin in the 3rd but the Bruin defense couldn’t get a stop

As DTR watched on the sideline feeling helpless as the Trojan lead keeps growing when all he wants to do is chop

Final whistle blows and SC gets the win

Back to Westwood with the first number in our record staying quite thin

But hey it’s all good fun and communal at the ol space of game

For it’s the atmosphere and culture that truly matters even if those you meet don’t remember your name

No need to leave this love and acceptance at the gate

Let’s liiiiive and breathe together in all movements, there’s no need to wait
